We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Booking & Reservation Policy
- Bookings can be made via our official website, phone, or authorized travel partners.
- All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring all booking information is accurate.
3. Payment Policy
- All bookings require a valid credit/debit card or online payment at the time of confirmation.
- We accept major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and UPI-based transactions.
- Taxes and applicable GST will be added to the final bill as per Indian government regulations.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will incur a one-night charge.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to additional charges and availability.
6. Guest Conduct
- Guests must maintain respectful behavior towards other guests and hotel staff.
- Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas. A cleaning fee will be charged if violated.
- Use of drugs, illegal substances, or any unlawful activity on premises is strictly forbidden and will be reported.
- Hotel property damage or loss caused by a guest will result in additional charges.
7. Facilities and Services
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.
- Complimentary breakfast is provided for all bookings unless specified otherwise.
- Use of hotel amenities is at the guest’s own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hotel Trinity shall not be liable for:
- Loss of personal belongings or valuables.
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of hotel facilities.
- Delays or service interruptions beyond our control including natural disasters, technical failures, etc.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
